Petrofuse ZP LLC is the solution for the distribution of fuels and LPG. It has been designed for use in both suction and pressure applications.
Petrofuse ZP stands for ‘Zero Permeation’ - not a reduction, not a small amount but zero. Zero permeation is achieved due to Petrofuse ZP’s impenetrable and non-corrodible double walled barrier which protects the environment and eliminates the potential disruption caused by steel pipe replacement due to corrosion. Because of its continuous aluminum core, Petrofuse ZP is fully conductive and eliminates static electricity - a key safety feature.
Petrofuse ZP LLC is a fully electro fusion welded rigid pipeline system with a double walled construction. The inner aluminum core gives Petrofuse ZP its ‘Zero Permeation’ characteristics. Aluminum is lightweight and its smooth bore provides excellent flow characteristics.
Petrofuse ZP LLC automotive-standard aluminum primary pipe is compatible with current and envisaged gasoline blends and LPG. Further peace of mind is provided by Petrofuse ZP’s manufacturer warranty.
The protective outer wall is made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) extruded directly on to the aluminum core.
The Bozzle© is the patented connector that allows the different elements of the Petrofuse ZP system to be joined together, maintaining the key characteristics of zero permeation and full conductivity.
Petrofuse ZP LLC combination of aluminum core and polyethylene secondary makes it rigid and lightweight. The durable polyethylene outer allows a variety of bedding materials to be used. These factors are key logistical and safety benefits.
Petrofuse ZP LLC is manufactured in 6m and 12m lengths and in a standard range of sizes covering 32mm, 50mm, 63mm, 90mm and 110mm. Swept bends can be created on site, keeping joints to a minimum. When joints are needed, Petrofuse ZP uses the standard electro fusion process.
Environmentally both Petrofuse ZP and its packaging are recyclable.
